We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services within 30 days of project commencement, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a refund according to the terms outlined below.

We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, and that starts with delivering exceptional work that meets your expectations. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 30 days of project start date
- Work has not progressed beyond the initial concept phase
- No final deliverables have been approved or downloaded
- You have participated in good faith in the design process
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after 30 days from project start
- Final designs have been approved and delivered
- Work was completed according to agreed specifications
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Third-party costs (stock images, fonts, printing, etc.)
Refund Amount
The refund amount depends on the stage of the project:

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us in writing — Send an email to gregmueller@designbymueller.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
- Include required information — Your name, project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
- Wait for our response — We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Resolution — If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Before Requesting a Refund
We encourage you to speak with us if you have any concerns about your project. Often, issues can be resolved through open communication and additional revisions. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we're committed to working with you to achieve the results you envision.
